The Sustainable Technologies Evaluation Program (STEP), a multi-agency initiative led by the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, evaluates products and practices to increase the implementation of sustainable technologies in Canada. STEP examined bioretention cells, permeable pavement, infiltration trenches and chambers, enhanced swales, rainwater harvesting and green roofs. STEP is accepting user feedback on its spreadsheet decision support tool. Read more.
