W-OnDemand-Logo-transparent for webFor those who cannot make it to the Stormwater Congress or for those whose schedules are full with the congress’ 19 technical sessions, pavilion programming, and more, the Water Environment Federation (WEF) invites water professionals to join the conference via WEFTEC On Demand. WEF will broadcast one stormwater session — Creating Meaningful Dialog to Support Green Infrastructure on Tuesday, Oct. 8 from 3:30 to 5:00 pm Central.  The session will be broadcast live, so that attendees not present can ask questions. Also, the session will be recorded and available for later viewing.

This focus is on the importance of public engagement to generate buy-in and acceptance of green infrastructure.  A panel discussion will provide examples of effective dialogue and proven approaches to stakeholder engagement on green infrastructure projects. Register online, and after purchase, login information will be provided via email within a week. WEFTEC On Demand comes with two other sessions as well. View registration details and additional session offerings.

The Opening General Session and the Water Leaders Session — The Future of Cities and Water: Insights from Great Water Cities — will be streamed live at no charge at www.weftec.org.
