The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released the National Water Program 2012 Strategy: Response to Climate Change in December. The document describes how EPA will assess climate change risk and incorporate adaptation into the agency’s core water programs. The document contains 19 goals under the categories of infrastructure, watersheds and wetlands, coastal and ocean waters, protecting water quality, and working with tribes.
