StormTV Project 2014

For the third year in a row, the Water Environment Federation (WEF) will host the StormTV Project. It is an effort to collect and share innovative stormwater videos in four categories: nonprofit and government programs, for-profit projects, stormwater equipment, and public education. The goal of the project is to recognize and highlight the work of stormwater professionals while sharing those ideas with others.

During the StormTV Project in 2012 and 2013, 119 videos were submitted, amounting to about nine hours of content. See a map of those projects.

Again this year, expert judges will score submitted videos, and the winners in each of four categories will receive complimentary registration to the 2014 Stormwater Congress. Winners will be recognized in WEF publications and the Stormwater Pavilion Theater. A showing of the winning videos will be included in the Stormwater Congress program as well.

Further, all eligible videos submitted will be added to WEF’s StormTV Project YouTube playlist. They will be featured on the Stormwater Report website and through WEF’s stormwater Twitter feed. Read more about the StormTV Project and submission guidelines.
