This workshop, put on by the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association, will outline sources of I&I on private property and will discuss ways to fix the problems and who will administer, pay and enforce the program.  The presentation is designed to stimulate a lively discussion with all attendees.  An interactive session will follow where the attendees will be engaged to think through the facets of a successful program.
